Choosing a dog for a pet

It’s important to choose your new pet carefully, especially if you have children, or if anyone in your family has allergies to dog’s hair. You can consider having a poodle because they are hypo-allergenic and they do not shed. You must make commitment to take care of him, to train him patiently and consistently, and treating him as a cherished member of the family. The reward is he can bring fun and joy, as well as providing a feeling of security for you and your family.

If you are looking for a slightly bigger one, consider the English Cocker Spaniel, these dogs are one of the best friends ever. They are very smart, lovely and playful. Moreover this is a very easy going dog and easily goes into contact with people or other dogs.

Large Dogs Breeds

Large dogs make great companions and are good protectors of your family and territory. You should consider before bringing one home: big dogs take up a lot of space, need plenty of exercise and are able to eat huge amounts of food. Some popular large dogs breeds that will make good companions and are also good family pets are: Giant Schnauzer, Golden Retriever, Great Dane, Labrador Retriever.
